- Certifications - SCTRCA, MBE, DBE, State of Texas HUB, Federal 8A and DBE certifications, GSA Schedules and HUBZones. We can fill out and submit appliations for all of these.
- Government Contracting Marketing- 1 Marketing Plan and then 2 execution with CCR, Fedbizopps, CMBL, COSA, Bexar, SAWS, CPS, ACCD, SAISD, UHS, TXA&MSA, UTSA, UTHSCSA, UT System or other agency website registration 3 business development presentations to contracting managers and 4 proposals in response to RFP
- 8A strategic managment consulting - 1) CCR, SBA GLS, GSA schedules, Febizopps registrations and updates and then 2) introductions and presentations to contracting officers at Ft. Sam Houston, Randolph AFB, Lackland AFB, VA, Army Corp of Engineers or GSA working to get 8A set asides. Write proposals in response to RFPs.
